Do you need help finding or applying to social services in Orlando?

The Hispanic Office for Local Assistance (HOLA) staff helps Orlando residents, whose second language is English, apply to a variety of local services.

Step 1.Determine what assistance you need

Some of the most common types of assistance we provide:

  • Food stamps applications
  • Healthcare insurance applications
  • Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration information
  • Job referrals
  • Services for seniors
  • General information about local resources

We may suggest different local programs or resources, depending on your home address.

Step 3.We will contact you

An HOLA staff member will contact you within 1-2 business days. If necessary, we will set up an in-person appointment with you.

Step 4.Attend your appointment

Please arrive on time and be prepared to stay for at least 30 minutes (45 minutes if you are meeting us about food stamps).
