LENDER INFORMATION

Due to the great number of Approved Lenders, the City of Orlando will no longer hold New Lender Certification Seminars.

The City of Orlando will hold Re-certification workshops twice a year - in January and July. These workshops will equip lenders who are re-certifying with the information and forms necessary in order to properly submit a complete package for underwriting. Certifications are awarded to individuals re-certifying, and are valid for up to three (3) years.
