Housing & Community Development

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is part of Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer’s Strengthen Orlando
plan. This
program, funded by the Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD), provides funding to acquire and redevelop
foreclosed properties. Through public/private partnerships,
the City has developed a strategy to restore the fabric of
our neighborhoods and stabilize home values.
