Below are the revised 2013-2014 CDBG and ESG Applications forms, replacing
all versions posted or distributed prior to April 5th, 2013. Those
versions are now obsolete and will not be accepted. The
deadline for submitting the completed applications to the Housing
Department remains 12 noon on April 17th."

Neighborhood Stabilization Program The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is part of Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer’s Strengthen Orlando plan. This program, funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), provides funding to acquire and redevelop foreclosed properties. Through public/private partnerships, the City has developed a strategy to restore the fabric of our neighborhoods and stabilize home values.
