Owner Occupied Rehabilitation
Welcome to the Housing and Community
Development Department owner occupied housing rehabilitation
assistance programs. This section is designed to provide basic
information about the programs that are currently available,
eligibility requirements, the enrollment process, and additional
helpful information.
The purpose of the program is to help
a homeowner’s repair their homes and bring them into compliance with
the City’s zoning ordinances, Florida Building Codes and the
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) minimum housing
quality standards (HQS).
