Open Enrollment Process

The City of Orlando periodically invites residents in the neighborhoods to apply for assistance through the housing rehabilitation program. The process is called open enrollment. It allows the City to focus on home improvements resulting in a positive impact on the neighborhood.

Assistance is provided on a first come first served basis and prioritized by the necessity of repairs. The City no longer maintains a waiting list.

Applications for assistance will be provided at an open enrollment meeting scheduled in your area.
