Reykjanesbaer, Iceland

Located adjacent to the capital city of Reykjavik in southern Iceland, Reykjanesbaer is the host city of Iceland’s international airport.  Popular activities include sea-angling, whale spotting, with the possibility of sighting minke and killer whales, and cruises to the island of Eldey, home to the world's largest gannet colony.  Iceland’s famous Blue Lagoon hot springs, Reykjanes lava fields and the Leira golf course are only a short drive away.

Orlando became Sister Cities with Reykjanesbaer in 1991.
