City of Orlando accepts applications

your target positions.
First time users must register to use our system. You
may accomplish this by selecting 'Login' and then 'Register to Apply
Online' to submit on current job openings or interest cards.
In order to register, you will need to have a valid email address to
receive your login information to access our system. Free email
accounts can be acquired from many sites, including yahoo.com and
hotmail.com.
Registered users please 'Login' to access your
Employment Profile. If you encounter difficulty, retrieve your
password to access your account. Do not create duplicate
profiles.
City of Orlando accepts applications for current

Clerical Testing: Tests are administered only when
positions are advertised that require the test. Tests are
administered at City Hall, Human Resources Division, 1st floor, 400
South Orange Avenue, Orlando. All tests must be completed by 4:30
p.m. and accomplished by the job closing date. NO appointments are
necessary.
Typing Tests: Applicants are allowed two opportunities
to pass the typing test within a posting period or any given 30
days. An applicant will be given only one typing test per day.
Scores are valid for one year.

Veterans preference is given according to Florida Law.
Submit your DD214 form and service-connected disability
documentation (if applicable) for each position prior to the job
closing date for preference consideration. Call 407-246-2235 if you
have questions.
Applicants selected for employment must pass a
criminal background check and a medical exam which includes a drug
screen. In addition, final applicants for certain positions will be
required to pass a polygraph.
