Certified Payroll Tracking System

The City of Orlando’s construction contracts generally require submission of certified payroll reports electronically. All contractors and subcontractors at all tiers are required to submit weekly certified payrolls on the City’s designated electronic on-line certified payroll tracking system. The M/WBE Program has recently implemented new software called LCPtracker to support on-line submission of certified payroll.

LCPtracker is the internet interface by which contractors and subcontractors can submit their certified payroll. Begin by registering and/or accessing your account here:
