September 10, 2017 – ORLANDO, FL – To assist residents, the City of Orlando’s Citizen Information Line – 407.246.HELP (4357) – has been activated.
Residents can call the number to report downed trees, flooding, traffic light outages, and other non-life threatening damage. Details on available community resources are also available by calling the line.
9-1-1 should be used for all life-threatening emergencies.
FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL UPDATE:
Due to flooding on I-4 and SR-408, Florida Highway Patrol is reminding residents to stay off the roads.
