The Fleet & Facilities Management Division provides preventative maintenance and repair services to City vehicles, buildings and equipment. Our clients are City employees and citizens.
The division’s service-call personnel are available Monday-Friday, from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. We have a structured emergency call process designed to address situations that occur after normal business hours, weekends and holidays.
Fleet Management provides maintenance, repairs and replacement of the City’s fleet.
The City’s fleet includes:
- Police cruisers
- Fire apparatus
- Solid waste trucks
- Other City equipment
Facilities Management provides maintenance and repairs, as well as the following services to existing and new constructions:
- General construction services
The Fleet & Facilities Management Division is dedicated to protecting the City’s building asset inventory and infrastructure through reasonable internal controls, prompt and accurate inspections (Facility Condition Assessment), general maintenance and repair and preventive/predictive maintenance. The division also strives to maintain and repair City of Orlando vehicles and equipment to achieve their maximum economic life at the lowest cost possible and with minimal downtime.
