The Management and Budget Division guides the formulation, implementation, supervision and evaluation of the city’s annual budget in concurrence with Florida Statues. The division uses a strategically focused budgeting approach, which provides prompt and objective financial oversight to ensure both the integrity and stability of the city’s financial position. The division has been consistently recognized for its employment of cost-effective initiatives, which help achieve the City of Orlando’s long-term policy goals.
