Effective Tuesday, September 2, 2014, all new submittals are subject to 6 sets of signed and sealed plans (with the exceptions of 1 & 2 Family residence, Sidewalk Cafes, speakers, doors, windows, roofs, soffits, siding, fences, sheds, signs, tents, ROWs, Trades Permit [plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire, and engineering not related to a primary building permit] ).
Also, an Electronic File of the floor plan, elevation, and site plan in PDF format will be required prior to Final inspection.

Schedule an Appointment
Appointments are now available between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily. You may schedule only one appointment per day (for a maximum of 5 permits).
*Please note this is a pilot program. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment request; however, appointments will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
