Scheduling an Appointment for a Trade Permit (ELE, MEC, PLM)

Appointment requests will be handled via email correspondence. Please email us at with the following information in order to begin the appointment scheduling process:

When submitting a request for an appointment for a Trade Permit, please be sure to include the following information in your email:

  1. Please provide your name and phone number.

  2. What is the appointment for?

  3. Property Address and/or Parcel ID number

  4. Is this a residential or commercial project?

  5. Is it attached to a building permit? If so, what is the permit number?

  6. Permit number for project if already existing.

  7. Are there any related permit numbers or planning case numbers associated with this site? If so, please provide them.

  8. How many permits are you requesting? (maximum of 5 per day)

  9. If not attached to a building permit, what is the address of where the work will be done?

  10. Do you have a completed application?
    If not, please click on the permit required: Electrical Permit Application (Blank Form)  Mechanical Permit Application (Blank Form)  Plumbing / Gas Permit Application (Blank Form)

  11. Any special requests or questions looking to have answered/plan reviewers needed?

  12. Be specific as to the day/time requested for the appointment and any alternate days/times that will work for you. Please note that this is a pilot program. We will do all possible to accommodate your appointment request; however, appointments will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis

  13. If making an appointment to submit revisions, please confirm that all plan reviews have been completed, as revisions cannot be submitted until all outstanding reviews have been completed on previous submittal.
