
Municipal Planning Board
The
Municipal Planning Board (MPB) holds public hearings to review
and report recommendations to the City Council on the
following matters:

plats
for the subdivision of land;
-
rezonings;
-
conditional
use applications and plans;
-
master
plans;
-
planned
developments;
-
expansions
of non-conforming uses;
-
public
benefit uses;
-
annexations;
-
abandonments;
-
appeals
of Planning Official Determinations; and
-
Developments
of Regional Impact (DRI)
The
Municipal Planning Board (MPB) is an advisory board to City
Council comprised of citizen members who voluntarily and
without compensation devote their time and talents to a
variety of zoning and land development issues in the
community. The
MPB consists of 11 members with diverse backgrounds and
experience nominated by the Mayor and confirmed by the City
Council. Current MPB members are as follows:
