Semoran Boulevard is a large business district, it is
important to look closer and see how it can be improved piece
by piece.

business district that are given particular attention in the
Vision Plan.

Danube Plaza and the West Side Fence
- Wider sidewalks and an attractive community wall can
completely change the appearance of this area. Park-Front
Redevelopment at the La Costa Urban Wetlands
- Turning under-used land into a great park-front community
and transforming one of Orlando’s hidden jewels into a
destination park. The
Restaurant District
- Wider sidewalks, intersection improvements and directional
signage. The
East-Side Utility Corridor
- Can this empty utility corridor become a bicycle and
pedestrian path for the community?
Office
Districts - North & South
- Turning a row of former houses into a true "Office
Park."
The
Semoran Bridge District - The area near the SR408 Bridge
includes a wide variety of businesses and institutions,
located at a key entrance to the Semoran Boulevard Business
