Baldwin Park - PD Ordinance

The attached document is the original Planned Development (PD) Ordinance for the Orlando Naval Training Center Main Base property (now known as Baldwin Park), as adopted by the Orlando City Council on July 27, 1998.  The original PD Ordinance is provided here for historical background purposes.  Some standards and procedures provided in the PD Ordinance have been amended through the adoption of Neighborhood Plans, Specific Parcel Master Plans, Residential Design Guidelines and specific text amendments.  Please contact the City Planning Division for currently adopted, site specific standards and procedures.
