City of Orlando Request for Waiver of Fees, Deposits, and Insurance
Requirements for 18A Events. For expressive speech protected by
First Amendment in a public forum; fees will be so financially
burdensome that it would preclude applicant from exercising their
First Amendment rights; adequate alternate channels of expression
are not available. Waiver request must be approved by the Chief
Administrative Officer (CAO) before fees can be waived.

Community Redevelopment Area Map”. The promoter must contact
Bob Fish with the Downtown Development Board at 407-246-3603
regarding a $500 (refundable) security deposit.
