INSTRUCTIONS:

Vehicle For Hire Permit Applications and Driver Permit Applications must be submitted our staff along with required supporting documents.

Driver permits are only issued to persons holding a city of Orlando vehicle for hire permit or those who produce evidence of affiliation with a vehicle for hire permit holder (i.e. signed business card noting affiliation or letter stating applicant is to drive for that permit holder).
