Traffic Citations/Parking Tickets

I received a traffic ticket and have lost my copy. How do I proceed?

In order to obtain this information you must contact the Orange County Traffic Court Clerk of the Courts. You may contact them by telephoning 407- 836-6000 or writing to:

The time you have to respond to the citation depends on what the charge was. We urge you to contact the Traffic Court Clerk quickly to avoid any unnecessary problems.

Who do I contact about a problem with a parking ticket?

For information about a parking citation or parking issue within the city of Orlando, please telephone the Parking Bureau at 407-246-2450, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

How do I get a traffic ticket for faulty vehicle equipment signed off by the police?

Come to the Orlando Police Headquarters Records Section at 100 S. Hughey Avenue, in downtown Orlando, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. There is a $4.00 service fee.
