• Nominate a Block Captain or an individual for a crime prevention award

• Plan a fall clean-up or bulb planting

• Collect e-mail addresses so that you may communicate more with your Neighborhood Watch Group

• Hold a voter registration drive

• Ask attendees to bring a canned good for a neighborhood church or food pantry. Donations are always down during the summer months.

• Start a “Back to School” supply drive! Your local elementary school can provide donations to students in need, to help them start the new school year off on the right foot!
