Operation Delta
GOAL
Attack street level drug operations, reducing the associated violent crimes
and increasing the quality of life for all residence in the Parramore
neighborhood.
WHAT
Operation Delta is a multi-phased operation targeting street level drug
sales in the north Parramore area.
Phase 1 – Intelligence Gathering and Target Identification
Phase 2 – Undercover Drug Buys
Phase 3 – Roundup of Street Drug Dealers and Patrol TAC Saturation

RESULTS
Since October 1, Operation Delta has produced the following arrest
statistics:
• 120 Felony arrests
• 114 Misdemeanor arrests
Of these arrests, the majority are all repeat offenders.

Included is video of an undercover drug buy from the 2nd phase of Operation
Delta. On October 8, 2007, MBI purchased .4 grams of crack from Steven B
Williams (B/M 5/1/68) at 100 N. Terry Avenue.
