Police Incident: 2007-473149 (Lisa Nowak Case)


Synopsis:

A small canister of pepper spray or mace was found in the Blue Lot at OIA in the general area of the incident that occurred early Monday morning involving Lisa Nowak. We have requested that an Orlando Police Department Crime Scene Technician respond to the Blue Lot to recover the canister.

We do not know at this time whether this canister is involved in the case involving Lisa Nowak. The canister will be processed for evidence to try to determine if it is evidence of this crime. The information will be forwarded to the detective handling the case.

Several officers scoured the parking lot on the day of the incident looking for the canister at three different times. I do not have any other information as to the size, brand, or type of spray this is at this time.

There is no other information to release on this case at this time.
