Event: Christmas Party-WE CARE PALMS TENANT ASSOCIATION
SUMMARY:
We Care Palms Tenants Association, a newly-formed association at the Palms
Apartments on Mercy Drive, are serving nearly 256 families, where the majority
is single parent households. They have established an organization to change
their quality of life and to promote community pride and participation.
On December 22, 2008, they will have a Christmas Party for residents at the
Northwest Community Center, 3955 W.D. Judge Drive, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. It
will include a light dinner, entertainment and a toy for children who live in
the Palms Apartments. They have 100 children registered for toys.
Roberts Realty Advisors, Inc., the property management company for the Palms
Apartments is supporting this event and will donate toys and open a bank account
for the tenants. There will be donations made to the residents for the party.
