Drivers of vehicles involved in a crash in which all parties have agreed not to notify the Orlando Police Department may complete a crash report online by using the link on CityofOrlando.net/Police/Traffic Crash Reporting or by clicking here.
The following types of crash are not eligible for online reporting and require an officer to respond and complete an investigation:
B. Visible injury or a claimed injury that requires immediate medical assistance
D. Hit and run to attended vehicle or property
E. Hit and run to unattended vehicle or property when there are investigative leads (i.e., tag number, vehicle in custody, known driver)
F. Damage to City of Orlando vehicle or property
G. Crashes involving any City, County, State or Federally owned vehicle
H. Crashes involving commercial vehicles, including crashes on private property
Drivers of vehicles involved in a crash, including Hit and Run, in which all parties have departed the scene prior to the arrival of the investigating officer, will be informed to complete a crash report online by using the same links as stated above to either print the forms or complete online.
