Unsolved/Cold Cases and Missing/Endangered Adults

On June 18, 1985, six year old Regina Mae Armstrong was abducted by a stranger, in front of her sister, from an apartment complex on south Semoran Boulevard. Three years later, the remains of Regina Mae Armstrong were discovered at a construction site in Oviedo, Florida, approximately 15 miles away from where she was abducted.

Regina Mae Armstrong’s abductor was described as a white male, 6’0, with salt and pepper hair, and with missing teeth (See composite drawing below).
