eSupplier Vendor Registration Service:
The City of Orlando’s eSupplier Vendor Registration Service is a free one-stop service center where suppliers register online to receive email notifications of bid opportunities, notices, download active solicitations, as well as manage and update their supplier account any time of the day.
Suppliers must first create a new eSupplier account by registering their company information directly at http://vendorlink.cityoforlando.net/. To save time, businesses can also upload a copy of their W-9 and Business Tax Receipt to the account.
Coming Soon – Electronic Bidding
In keeping with the Mayor’s Green Works Initiative, the City of Orlando Procurement and Contracts Division is transitioning from a heavy dependence on paper to one of electronic bidding.
Starting with the receipt of electronic quotations, the City will also quickly move forward in the near future with the receipt of electronic bids, proposals, and qualification statements. At that time, the City will no longer be accepting paper responses of any kind to procurement solicitations.
This move reflects a paradigm shift in the City’s approach to the procurement process and a significant reduction in the need for paper. More details will follow when available.
