January
Seedlings for Civil Rights. Monday, January 16th, 2012,
9am-11:30am. Join us to cleanup and spruce up local
Orlando neighborhoods on this special day of service, Martin Luther
King, Jr. Day.

February
Paws in the Park.
Saturday, February 11th, 2012, 9am-1pm. The SPCA is
having their annual fundraiser at Lake Eola Park. KOB will have a
booth to hand out flyers on
stopping poo-llution. We will also be handing out pet waste bag
dispensers to guests. Volunteer spots for this event have been
filled.
2012 Orlando Wetland's
Festival. Saturday, February 18th, 2012, 9am-3pm.
Join the City of Orlando for the 12th annual festival held in Christmas,
Florida. Click here for

Electronic Waste
Collection and Recycling Event. Saturday, February 18th, 2012, 9am-3pm.
Save your old electronics and bring them to us to be recycled! KOB
is partnering with NBA All Stars who will be offering great
incentives for recycling. The event is being held at Orlando
Festival Park, 2911 E. Robinson St. Click

Keep Orlando Beautiful
Recycles at All Star Event and Game. Saturday and Sunday, February
25th and 26th, 2012. Keep Orlando Beautiful volunteers
will be encouraging guests to recycle at the Amway Center.
Volunteer spots have been filled.
March
Paint Up with Colorwheel and Keep Orlando Beautiful. Saturday,
March 10th, 2012, 9am-12pm. We will be revitalizing the
Orlando Downtown Recreation Center.

City Beautiful Waterway
Cleanup. Saturday, March 17th, 2012, 9am-11am. Join
us to help remove litter from three Orlando lakes' shorelines.

quickly! All volunteer spots have been filled.
The above events are open to
everyone. Check back periodically for added events. The majority
of our events are driven by community needs and may only be open to
those in that specific community. If your neighborhood or a near
by lake or park needs some attention, let us know and we'll plan
something with your neighborhood! Or, if you have a group of
volunteers ready to lend helping hands (Civic organization, business,
etc), call us and we will find something for your group to do. We
are a City program and must stay within City of Orlando limits.
