Stormwater Utility

One of the first steps to making your business more environmentally-conscious is ensuring that pointless personal pollution is eliminated.  Unfortunately many business owners and their employees are unaware of pollution prevention practices, or Best Management Practices (BMPs), and therefore may contribute to stormwater and lake pollution.  

Below are specific BMP lists for your industry that you will be asked to follow in order to be a member.  At this time, Orlando Green Business membership is available to businesses in the following industries:  landscape and lawn service, restaurant, and vehicle maintenance within the City of Orlando.  By following these simple guidelines, you will greatly contribute to reducing the amount of pollutants that enter our lakes.
