Glossary

Comments:  Dramatic improvements in water quality began in 1992.  Management techniques include lake re-vegetation, stormwater treatment and use of Aquashade ® (a blue dye which competes with algae for sunlight). Poor water quality during 2000 occurred during very low lake levels.
