Water leak credits - residential or commercial customer experiences a water leak, sends documentation of the leak to our office and the wastewater charge is adjusted accordingly.

Pool fill credits - customer renovates, resurfaces pool, calls our office, we calculate average water consumption during normal usage and adjust the sewer charges back to normal usage cost. One pool credit allowed per year

Vacancy credits - Residential customers are afforded two vacancy credits per calendar year against the sewer charges when criteria of 200 KW or less of electricity is used and zero to low consumption of water. A call from the customer is all that is necessary.
