People, animals, and even plants all need clean water to live. Why, just think of the many different ways we use it. Water is used to grow the food we eat.
and make our lawns green. We use water to cook with and, when we're
finished, to clean up. And speaking of clean, water is used to clean our cars, our clothes and even ourselves!
