RESIDENTIAL RATE

Single Family (Inside City Limits)
Capacity Charge: $16.18
Commodity Charge: $3.90 per 1000 gallons (14k gallons cap)

Single Family (Outside City Limits)
Capacity Charge: $20.23
Commodity Charge: $4.87 per 1000 gallons (14k gallons cap)

Calculation Explanation: The total monthly sewer charge equals the capacity charge plus the product of the commodity charge times the monthly water consumption on the OUC bill.

Example: OUC Monthly Water Consumption - 9 Kgals (9,000 gallons)

Multiple Family Unit Flat Rates:

Inside City Limits:
One bedroom or efficiency :       *$32.56 per unit
Two or more bedrooms:              $39.58 per unit

Outside City Limits:
One bedroom or efficiency:       *$40.68 per unit
Two or more bedrooms:           $49.45 per unit

*Must be certified by property owner. Rates become effective upon completion of Certification with no retroactive credits allowed.

COMMERCIAL RATES: (Includes Commercial, Industrial, and Master Metered multiple family living units).

Inside City Limits: Twelve month moving average of water usage divided by 7000 gallons (result rounded to nearest .10) times $16.18 is the capacity charge, plus $3.90 times each thousand gallons of water usage on current bill.
Minimum: $16.18 capacity charge.

Outside City Limits: Twelve month moving average of water usage divided by 7000 gallons (result rounded to nearest .10) times $20.23 is the capacity charge, plus $4.87 times each thousand gallons of water usage on current bill.
Minimum: $20.23 capacity charge.
