Reserve an Athletic Field

Are you interested in reserving a City of Orlando athletic field or amenity?

The City of Orlando has athletic fields and amenities you can reserve on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fields and courts available for rental are for baseball, softball, soccer, football, volleyball, tennis, outdoor basketball and futsal.

Step 2.Understand the rules

  • A $100 refundable deposit is required for tournament play
  • Reservations are made on a month-to-month basis on the last Monday of each month
  • Minimum rental time is 2 hours and weekend rentals must be paid in full by Friday at noon
  • Restrooms will be opened for rentals that last longer than 2 hours
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed
  • Rentals may be cancelled no later than noon on the day of the event
  • Request for refunds due to unforeseen circumstances can be made by calling on the first business day after your event
  • General liability insurance is required and is not refundable. It must be provided at the time of the rental or purchased through the city. City insurance only covers spectators. Cost varies depending upon the number of spectators.

Step 4.We will contact you to confirm the date and time

Once your interest is submitted, we will let you know what the fee is for the location(s) you requested. We will also confirm whether your preferred date and time are available.

Step 5.Confirm by accepting the location, date and time and pay

Once the rental details are confirmed, we will accept your payment over the phone. Along with your payment receipt, we will also email you other important information, including a rental contract.

Step 6.Arrive to your reserved field

Bring a copy of your rental contract and a government-issued ID upon your arrival for staff to verify as needed.
