- Offering a court-approved foreclosure mediation program
brings residential homeowners in Orange County and lenders together,
face-to-face, with a trained, impartial mediator to try and help the
parties reach a fair, negotiated agreement to the foreclosure case.

The Salvation Army (Orlando)
- Provides mortgage assistance in the form of current months
mortgage payment to include principal and interest only. Open
to Orange county residents once a year with proof of emergency.
Calls are taken on Monday at 9 am till all applications are
