• Neighborhood Stabilization Program - Federal funding used to help combat the effects of high foreclosures and declining home values.
   
• Heart of Florida United Way’s 2-1-1 - Provides a free, one-stop source for referrals to approximately 800 health and human service agencies and 2,000 programs and services in Central Florida 24 hours per day. Bilingual operators connect people in need with affordable housing and much more.
   
• MakingHomeAffordable.gov - Find if you qualify for home mortgage refinancing or modification on this federal website.
   
• Orange County Bar Association - Offering a court-approved foreclosure mediation program brings residential homeowners in Orange County and lenders together, face-to-face, with a trained, impartial mediator to try and help the parties reach a fair, negotiated agreement to the foreclosure case.
   
• The Salvation Army (Orlando) - Provides mortgage assistance in the form of current months mortgage payment to include principal and interest only.  Open to Orange county residents once a year with proof of emergency. Calls are taken on Monday at 9 am till all applications are filled.

Housing Rehabilitation

• Housing and Community Development - Programs for emergency repair or rehabilitation for owner-occupants of single family homes located within the city limits of Orlando.

• Orlando Utilities Commission - Offering a variety of features and programs all geared to giving you the power to take control of your utility bills.
