Downtown Orlando Parking

Be sure to follow the green ParkSmart signs when visiting downtown Orlando! The City of Orlando offers public parking at 9 garages, 5 surface lots, and many off-street parking spaces all centrally located around the downtown area. Each type of parking offers different benefits. The Parking Division also offers prepaid parking cards such as a garage debit card, a meter debit card, or garage access card.

GARAGE PARKING
A garage is a covered facility. Parkers may either pull a ticket at the entrance and pay as they leave or badge in and out with a monthly parking card.

Payment accepted: Cash is always accepted. Checks are often accepted during the day. Checks are not accepted for evening or event parking. The following garages accept a City of Orlando Garage Debit Fast Pay Card: Central, Courthouse, Church Street and Library.

SURFACE LOTS
A surface lot is an open paved area. Some lots are metered, master metered, or by permit only. See below for specifics.

Benefits: Convenient and easily accessible. Accommodates the taller vehicle.

Payment Methods:

Lot 9 - Payment accepted: Master Meter Accepts: Coins, Visa or Master Card.
Lot 10 - Payment accepted: Coins, Meter Debit Card, Permit (contact Parking Division for permit).
Garland Lot - Payment accepted: Permit parking only. (contact the parking division for a parking permit).
Rosalind Lot - Payment accepted: Permit parking only. (contact the parking division for a parking permit).

ON-STREET PARKING

Many on-street parking meters are available downtown for short term parking.
