Orlando Sports Holdings, LLC, the owner and operator of the Orlando City Soccer Club is the developer of the Major League Soccer (MLS) Stadium project, responsible for managing design and construction. The City will own and operate the MLS Stadium. The City of Orlando owns and operates the Orlando Citrus Bowl and is responsible for the reconstruction of the facility.
